Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Post Job Processing

Once the Cobra Web Service completes the job, a number of activities occur on the PM Compass side.

  • The Cobra Web Service notifies the Cobra Web Service Gateway and then relays to the PM Compass Process Server that the job is complete, with either a completed or failed state.
  • The PM Compass Process Server updates the status of the job in the queue.
  • The PM Compass Process Server sends an email alert to the submitter of the job.
